“Wow! First at all the product itself is stunning. We got the Dual System; it is the roll-down hurricane shutters and the Ultra Shield insect screen; operated by remote control. The design is innovative and beautiful, the motors are quiet, it looks and feels very luxurious when we use it.
Second, the people of the company are the most professional we have ever worked with. Daniel, the sales manager, was outstanding, he came quickly with a quote, took care of our HOA meeting, answered all our questions and was involved through the end of installation. Caitlyn in the office was very responsive. Installers with Alex’s lead worked beautifully, they did amazing job and even patched and painted our old holes on the walls.
We didn’t expect, but Brian, the company’s owner, himself came to our house at least 5 times to check on the progress, he truly cares and not only gave use great experience, but also finished the project 2 weeks earlier.

“I don’t even have the words to say how thrilled I am with this company and the finished product. Sometimes people promise you the moon but don’t deliver. Not this company. They did every single thing they said they would and then some! And unbelievably, they do not take one penny upfront. No deposit! Nothing until the job is finished and passed inspection. You know you’re in good hands when a company does that.
Brian and Anthony were fantastic. They were the only company out of the three companies I interviewed who suggested closing in my back patio, rather than the individual sliding doors and windows. That was music to my ears. No more dragging all the outside patio furniture into the house when there’s a hurricane looming. Now I can just close the whole patio in and leave everything exactly where it is. Talk about peace of mind. I love the bottom recessed channel… not a track that you can trip over but a channel that they perfectly cut into the pavers. And they were able to hide the stacks behind the column so you don’t see anything. All the shutters move quietly and easily and I love the glossy finish.
They were here two full days (with about 4 – 6 installers). After they left the first day, you would not even know they were here because the place was left immaculate. They removed all the old hurricane shutters ( 14 openings and some of them very tall) and they caulked, filled holes, and painted the house where the old shutters went. What other company does that? Their prices were in line with the others but nobody else offered any of the services that they include.
Everyone you speak to are pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The ladies in the office handle every aspect of permitting and approval from your HOA so you truly just sit back and don’t have to worry about anything.
Thank you to Tina, Caitlin, Brian, Anthony and all your installers. I must give a big shout out to Jonathan, the lead installer, who could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable or more eager to please. I knew I was in great hands when I told him something I would like changed and his response was “don’t worry, I got you”. And that he did. And a special thank you to Anthony who thought out of the box and came up with a solution for one of my old problem areas that looks fantastic!
